LyfeCare Transit
Accessibility
Our passengers include wheelchair users, people using oxygen, and people with limited vision, hearing or mobility. Access is the core of the service, so it applies to this website too.

Vehicles and service
Our fleet includes ADA-accessible wheelchair vans with ramps or lifts and securement systems, stretcher-capable vehicles, and ambulatory sedans and SUVs. Tell dispatch about mobility devices, oxygen, attendants or transfer assistance when you book so we send the right vehicle and allow enough time.
This website
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. In practice that means semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard-operable navigation and forms, visible focus outlines, labelled form fields with clear error messages, text alternatives for images, colour contrast targets for text, and respect for the operating system's reduced-motion setting. We test with keyboard navigation and screen-reader review; this is an ongoing effort rather than a finished certification.
Alternative ways to book
If any part of the website is difficult to use, you never have to use it. Call dispatch and a person will take your ride details, answer questions and confirm the booking.
Feedback
Tell us what did not work and we will fix it and help you in the meantime. Email support@lyfecaretransit.com or call dispatch. Please include the page and what you were trying to do.
