Terms of Service

LyfeCare Transit provides scheduled, non-emergency medical transportation. We do not provide ambulance service, emergency response, or clinical or medical care of any kind. If there is a medical emergency, call 911.

Submitting the website form or emailing dispatch is a request, not a confirmed booking. A ride is scheduled only once our dispatch team confirms it with you directly. Availability depends on vehicle type, staffing and time of day. We do not guarantee pickup or arrival times; we will tell you promptly if a ride is delayed or cannot be covered.

Please provide accurate pickup and destination details, share mobility and equipment needs before the ride so we can send a suitable vehicle, be ready during the agreed pickup window, and follow driver instructions for securement and seat belts. Attendants or caregivers may be required for some passengers.

Let dispatch know as early as possible if plans change. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future scheduling, and cancellation or wait-time charges may apply where a facility or contract rate schedule provides for them.

Rates depend on service type, mileage and any applicable facility or payer agreement. Coverage under a health plan or program is never assumed — confirm coverage with your plan and with dispatch before the ride. Uncovered rides are the responsibility of the requesting party.

We provide transportation with reasonable care but cannot guarantee outcomes affected by traffic, weather, road closures, facility delays or third-party actions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
